The mission of the National Child Passenger Safety Board is to maintain the quality and integrity of the National Child Passenger Safety Certification Training Program. This program is used to train and certify child passenger safety (CPS) technicians and instructors.

We hope that users of this site will be able to use it as a primary resource to obtain information on certification, re-certification, and training workshops.

We welcome your feedback in the form of comments and suggestions for improving this site to make it as useful as possible for child passenger safety Technicians and Instructors.

Comments and suggestions should be directed to the Managing Editor of the National Child Passenger Safety Board web site (cpsboard.org). Any information that needs to be reviewed or voted on will then be directed to the NCPSB or appropriate Board Committee for consideration. Please be sure to include the following information with any comment or suggestion:

  • Your name, phone number, postal address, and e-mail address, and

  • Your assessment of the relevance, significance, and usefulness of the suggestion(s) being submitted.
