This session will cover the various risk factors, best practice guidance and how Technicians can effectively educate and advocate for children. The session will provide nuts-and-bolts guidance that would be helpful for any team contemplating this transition, including how team members were encouraged to sign up, the details of training sessions that were offered and how various challenges were addressed.
