  • Tuesday, Oct. 15: Everything You Wanted to Know about Safety Recalls. Representatives of the Vehicle Safety Compliance office will discuss NHTSA’s safety recalls process and provide guidance on the important role Child Passenger Safety Technicians can play in that process. (2-3 p.m. ET).
  • Tuesday, Dec. 17: Hot Topics by CPS Stages. Despite being regulated, car seats are far from uniform – for every rule there seems to be an exception! Child Passenger Safety Technicians know to follow owner’s manuals and stay abreast of instructions but are naturally curious when the guidance in some manuals seems to be at odds with guidance in others. (2-3 ET).
